The energy use management system is based on a good foundation, and the energy consumption per area is moderately low. However, there are many of them and the overall energy consumption is high. Therefore, the requirements for energy conservation, emission reduction and demonstration are high. The need for a reduced-type common mechanism is urgent.

改 造 内 容 ：
1、通风空调、照明、配电等系统综合诊断及调适；2、高效机房建设；3、空调末端更换及控制；
4、LED  绿色照明；5、节水设施改造；6、雨水回收系统；7、厨房节能改造；8、办公智能插座改造；
9、创建“节约型公共机构和节水型公共机构”;10、“看能”建筑能效在线分析系统建设等。
